A University of Minnesota international graduate student has been detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) saying the arrest came after a visa revocation due to a DUI.
The unnamed student was enrolled at the Carlson School of Management in the university’s Twin Cities campus in Minneapolis. The school said that the student was arrested at an off-campus residence.
