The Trump administration has officially commenced its war on illicit drugs with the release of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP)’s Drug Policy Priorities. These priorities lay out the administration’s one year plan of attack on the illicit drug supply in the U.S., and addresses combating Foreign Terrorist Organizations, cartels, and drug traffickers.
The Trump administration promises to use border security, advanced technology, and increased personnel to prevent illegal drug smuggling into the U.S.
