Texas AG Ken Paxton sues NCAA for misrepresenting women’s sports by including male players | The Post Millennial


“The NCAA is intentionally and knowingly jeopardizing the safety and wellbeing of women by deceptively changing women’s competitions into co-ed competitions.”

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit against the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) to protect woman’s sports, alleging that the body misrepresents women’s sports by icluding male players.

The lawsuit accuses the NCAA of engaging in deceptive practices by promoting sporting events as “women’s” competitions while allowing biological males to participate.
