Republican-led states file lawsuit to block Biden’s student loan repayment plan

Eleven Republican-led states are suing the Biden administration to block the president’s latest student loan forgiveness program. The federal lawsuit argues that the Saving on a Valuable Education program, known as SAVE, isn’t different compared to Mr. Biden’s first attempt at student loan cancellation, which the Supreme Court struck down last year.
